Clear + Brilliant Touch is a gentle, non-invasive laser treatment that addresses early signs of aging and improves overall skin texture, tone, and radiance. Developed by Solta Medical, the system uses two wavelengths to deliver a comprehensive skin rejuvenation procedure with minimal downtime.
How it works
The Clear + Brilliant Touch laser uses fractional technology to create millions of microscopic treatment zones in the skin’s upper layers. This process stimulates the body’s natural healing response, which replaces damaged skin with new, healthy tissue. It also triggers increased collagen production, which helps tighten and smooth the skin.
The “Touch” system is an upgrade that allows providers to switch between two different handpieces during a single session:
- Original (1440nm wavelength): Penetrates deeper into the skin to improve fine lines, minimize pores, and boost collagen.
- Perméa (1927nm wavelength): Targets superficial pigmentation to improve skin tone, reduce sun damage, and increase skin permeability for better absorption of topical products.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Clear + Brilliant® is based on advanced technology, but getting Clear + Brilliant® treatments can be easy. A typical Clear + Brilliant® Treatment:
- Begins with a consultation to see if Clear + Brilliant® is right for you.
- Requires about 30 to 45 minutes for a session, which includes time for prep and consultation.*
- May involve application of topical numbing cream to your face prior to treatment in order to provide additional comfort. It must be removed prior to treatment. Allow skin to dry.**
- Our skin care professional will gently guide the Clear + Brilliant® handpiece across the target area and actively treat your skin for approximately 15-20 minutes.*
- Utilizes the patented Intelligent Optical Tracking® technology to ensure proper contact with your skin to deliver a uniform application to all treated areas.
